You should be able to call fair plan yourself and check if they have payment, if not, make it through their site yourself and show your mortgagee proof of payment. CA Fair Plan is not playing around, if payment isn't received, they will not reinstate. You have to submit an entirely new application and the quote could them a month to provide.
