It’s a fair lease. You are responsible for fixing anything that breaks. Make sure you get the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical checked. And the roof. Those vendors will come out and check it out for a few hundred dollars each. You do not have to cover property tax or the owner insurance. It’s not a NNN lease. You can ask that the owner be responsible for any structural issues. Let me know if you have specific questions.
