What are you paying for CA FAIR in Malibu?

What are you paying for CA FAIR in Malibu? Starting to shop for a 1800–2200 sqft primary home in Malibu (\~$1.5M range) and I cannot get a straight fire insurance ballpark. Agents not wanting to run numbers without escrow, and seller agents are cagey about it. The lack of transparency is baffling. If you’ve got a home in that size/market range in Malibu and are on CA FAIR, would you mind sharing your most recent premium? I’m guessing $8–12k/yr but have few data points. Thanks! \--- **\[Update\]** A Redditor was kind enough to help quote CA FAIR on two real properties that meet this criteria. Malibu = **$13-15k** Topanga = $6-7k These do not include the wrap around policy, which est. $2-3k. Everyone's quote will vary a bit, but directionally, this is the answer.
