She's only fallen once, she's only been in assisted living for 2 weeks and she has a new bed which I put there when moving her in. Memory care actually. She was in her room alone when she fell, probably got up to use the bathroom overnight or something, so it's not the facility's fault. The facility talked to me earlier today and suggested asking Kaiser if they can prescribe a hospital bed, which would have a rail she could use for support.
