I successfully listed and sold a property using them. I would definitely recommend it,but it all depends on the agent assigned to you. If they a re busy with actual customers who pay 2.5% versus the 400-600$ flat fee, they might not be as responsive to you.
I got the plan that came with 10 free changes to the house (editing stuff, adjusting price, open house etc). But the trick to bypass that is to just send the realtor " hey I want to set up open house Saturday from this to that and Sunday from this to that and reduce the price by 5k". This would normally count 3 changes, but when he does it it'll just be one change. I had to do this because the house I sold the financing fell through so I had to put it back on the market and was running low on changes.
Overall I was happy with it, the agent got back to me within 6-7 hours usually. I saved probably 9k.
However, please send the money to get professional photos taken on the house. Don't skimp on that.
