In 2018 my home was hit by wildfire, it was devastating but not a total loss. Afterwards my insurance rate fell to 1/3 the cost. My understanding is that our area was considered safer to insurance companies. They thought the likelihood of another fire occurring right there in the near future a slim chance. I sold my home over asking price in 2019. My thoughts go out to you all. Stay safe. Keep hope.
