Realistically this or filing a civil suit against him is the only thing I can do, I'd love to get him for every code violation there is, But I know with the property being locked 90% of the time, its going to be difficult. There are so many things wrong with the property its frustrating, the fence around the house obstructs the corner of the street, theres been more than a couple accidents because of it. The roof on the trailer is partially covered with plastic over the top, the garage/shop is patched with metal and other random things. there is at least 7 to 8 cars parked all around the property one of them being a front loader, and a limo. The thing that makes this part difficult though is that its zoned as Residential AR-2. So all the codes aren't clear. (to me at least). Oh, and I don't care what Doug thinks anymore, I get very little sleep from the situation, and in the daytime, their dogs escaping and the random people honking and screaming wind my dogs up once a hour. I just know there is nothing I can say to him to remedy this situation at this point, and I'll only make it worse.
