Super… I’m around 5k for FAIR and then another 1400 for DIC For my 1700 sq fr house. Ive been doing some fire hardening but doesn’t seem like there is any discounts for that. Water, trash, and power also keep going up. In the last few years these costs have gone from a few hundred a month to atleast a grand a month and looks like these costs will not go down anytime soon…
